This is a beautiful picture. Kind of a more classical approach to Luthien, but a gorgeous and intriguing one. The pencil grays add a darker, more mystical quality to their story. Although, she looks like a blonde here instead of the brunette Tolkien describes her as. That's a technical thing, though, and doesn't detract from the beauty of the picture. | |
